Privacy Policy
Last updated · June 2026
Your individual health results belong to you. Employers only ever see aggregate, anonymised data - never an individual's results. We collect the minimum we need, encrypt it, and keep it only as long as necessary.
What we collect
Programme data (biomarker results, app activity, supplement adherence) tied to enrolled individuals, and limited account and contact information. Health data is handled as special-category personal data.
How we use it
- To produce the individual's physician-signed Smart Report and plan
- To deliver the LifeOS app experience and supplements
- To produce aggregate, anonymised reporting for the employer
Your rights
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent, subject to applicable law. Contact our Data Protection Officer at privacy@aiwo.com.

Use of the site
Content is provided for general information. Programme specifics, inclusions and pricing are confirmed in a written proposal. Figures shown are indicative.
No medical advice
Information on this site does not constitute medical advice. The programme is physician-reviewed; clinical decisions are made by qualified clinicians, never by automated systems alone.
No guarantee
Outcomes are measured trajectories, not guarantees. Comparative benchmarks are attributed and clearly labelled.
DPDPA Notice

We handle your health data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act: consent first, minimum necessary, secured, and never shared with your employer at an individual level.
Lawful basis & consent
Informed consent precedes every draw - a hard stop. Health data is processed as special-category personal data, with least-access controls and defined retention.
The employer boundary
- Single-channel delivery of results to the individual
- Aggregate-only to employers, with minimum-cohort suppression
- Result-suppression enforced contractually and technically
Grievance & contact
For data-protection queries or grievances, contact our Data Protection Officer at privacy@aiwo.com.

We treat health data as the most sensitive category there is - encrypted, least-access, audited, and held to a recognised compliance roadmap.
Controls
- Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest
- Role-based, least-privilege access with audit logging
- DPDPA alignment; ISO 27001 & SOC-2 on the roadmap
- Maintained sub-processor register
Responsible disclosure
If you believe you've found a vulnerability, please email security@aiwo.com. We commit to acknowledging reports and working with researchers in good faith. A data incident carries a red threshold of greater than zero.
