Aggregate-only: the privacy that earns adoption

Every workforce health programme lives or dies on one question employees ask themselves before enrolling: will my employer see my results? If the answer is anything other than an unambiguous no, adoption stalls, the sickest quietly opt out, and the programme measures only the people who had nothing to hide.

That is why privacy in a measured longevity programme is not a compliance checkbox. It is the growth strategy. The trust boundary determines who enrols, and who enrols determines whether the data means anything at all.

Single-channel by design

AIWO Tribe is built on a single-channel design: individual results flow to exactly one place, the employee, through the LifeOS app and the physician-signed Smart Report. There is no second channel to HR, no manager view, no exception process. The employer sees a different product entirely: an aggregate, anonymised dashboard of the workforce as a whole.

The boundary is enforced twice over. Contractually, because the employment relationship never touches the clinical one. Technically, because the employer-facing systems are built only on aggregate data, with no path back to an individual record.

Employees see everything about themselves. Employers see nothing about anyone, and everything about the whole.
The single-channel promise

What makes an aggregate safe

  • Minimum-cohort suppression: no slice is ever shown for a group small enough to identify anyone
  • Anonymised, aggregate-only metrics: distributions and trajectories, never rows of people
  • Explicit, informed consent at enrolment, revocable at any time
  • DPDPA-aligned handling, with ISO 27001 and SOC-2 on the security roadmap

Privacy as the adoption engine

The practical effect of this design shows up in enrolment numbers. When people believe the boundary, the employees who most need the programme, the ones carrying quiet metabolic or cardiac risk, are the ones who join. Participation stays high through the year because the app experience is personal and private, not performative.

And the employer loses nothing that matters. An aggregate trajectory, re-measured quarterly, is exactly what a board, an ESG report or a benefits review actually needs. The individual data was never the point. The population's direction is. Aggregate-only is not a constraint on the product; it is the reason the product works.
